Took them three weeks and they recovered 344,256 files out of 345,742. It doesn''t normally take three weeks but because mine was a severe case, they had to send it out of state. They ended up waiving my delivery fee and it was sent directly to my house, In a very secure package that I had to sign for.When I opened the files, they were perfect. There''s a file that says DAMAGED, which contained those files. Then everything else looked normal. It was simple and organized and exactly what I was hoping for.I would recommend this company a thousand times over.
