Recently, my 9+ year old Western Digital hard drive started clicking and stopped reading on my PC. I panicked and brought it to a nearby shop (Techtronics in Midtown NYC) hoping to save some money, and it was a horrible experience - the staff was rude, dishonest, and totally unprofessional. While setting up the repair I was traveling for 3 weeks and he patiently waited for me and continued follow-up even when I was procrastinating a bit on my end. When there was an issue with the repair drive size, he promptly called and helped me find an awesome resolution. Best of all, they were able to recover 100% OF MY DATA!
