A few months ago I tried to open my external hard dirve that had years of trip and family photos on it. It didn’t sound good and never appeared on my computer. This is going to be a personal decision for every customer.After a few days of consideration I chose to move forward. This produced a couple more documents and agreements to sign, all the while assuring me that my NDA was in full force throughout the recovery process.One thing to note here is this is all happening right around the holiday season, so we''re contacting each other in-between time off, etc.About 30 calendar days into the recover I got an email very clearly explaining the results and a list of files for review.
