These guys are really a lifesaver when it comes to data recovery. Had a thumb drive loaded with years worth of creative work (writing) for a screenplay idea I''ve been working on. The drive finally took a dump, sustaining considerable damage and corruption. After getting quote ranges that went as high as $8000, I was blessed with finding this company in Ohio. I spoke with Kyle, one of their representatives about my situation, who made it fairly easy to get my media to them (free shipping.) They analyzed it and determined it had suffered roughly mid level amounts of damage and thus was confident they could retrieve the data. They offer three plan levels of recovery depending on your urgency in needing the data. I chose the standard plan for budgetary reasons, which gives a turnaround time of 5 to 9 days to complete the recovery. My final estimate was dead on accurate as the final cost, nearly $1200.Yes, I realize that is still no small amount of change in today''s economy I opted to have my data transferred to a new thumb drive, which added return shipping and the cost of the new drive to my tab.
